So my laptop doesn't have a CD Drive and the manuel said go on the support website and download it but I can't find the Download link.

here's the support site for that device.

click on downloads. then click on software versions.
Then click download.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
and feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
It will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device.
