did you recently update windows?
I've seen a lot of issues on those series where drivers update and then you have concurrent processes running.
Theres a bunch of posts in the forums or even on youtube for fixes on those series

Seen those vids they do not apply to me beacuse in them they all Turn off and Disable The Netgear RunSw Service, While I Dont Have any services in my pc That Have Netgear in their name. So i cant use those. All I can Find online is for the 7000s and 6210s, none for my specific adapter.
