Apart from not knowing what a "cup" is in this context, where do you expect to see these wifi connections? In the genie? Which one? There are several "genies", including desktop, but they are not the only ways to connect to the wifi.
Indeed, you don't need to install anything beyond drivers.
Have you tried asking Windows to connect to the wifi?
