A6210 Keeps diconnecting and very slow performance after resume from sleep or progressively worse

Ive seen this issue mentioned several times and i have tried the fixes i can find. 6210 constant disconnect and slow performance after resuming windows from sleep. Web pages are extremely slow or just gives me an error, cant open page. Performance also seems to be slowed in general too
Setting USB speed to 2.0
Cleaning and reinstalling.
Disabled all suspend and power options
Minimum Power Consumption does not exist with this adapter
Installing mediatek drivers instead.
None of these makes any difference. I hope Netgear will find the issue and cooperate with Microsoft to fix this asap.

I dont know what is going on with microsoft but the WIFI is almost unusable and restarting no longer helps. Web pages gets an error or load very slow. It can go from Ok to just awful in a random time but all speed tests show full 280 mbit speeds. Fresh windows has no effect
