A7000 / A6150 M1 / Big Sur Compatibility Update

It has been a while since we have heard any update on when drivers will be available for MacOS Big Sur / M1 macs for these USB WiFi adapters.

The boxes for both products clearly state macOS support (do not mention anything about not being compatible with M1 / Big Sur).  The website page for the product, as well as the product data sheet also does not state anything in regards to Big Sur not being supported as of today (10/14/2021) -- it say's macOS 10.8.3 or higher which is false.

A moderator in the forums here specifically mentioned Q3 2021 as the target date for the updated drivers (see: https://community.netgear.com/t5/WiFi-Adapters/A7000-won-t-install-on-Mac-OS-Big-Sur/m-p/2012331) but has more recently pushed this to an indefinite date (see: https://community.netgear.com/t5/WiFi-Adapters/A6150-and-Big-Sur/m-p/2117834).

This is completely unnacceptable and embarassing behavior on Netgears part; you are advertising an expensive / premium product falsely to users on a platform that is not even supported.  Then you go on to claim support for macOS will be available later in the year only to indefinitely delay it.

Surely you must see how bad this looks to us?  Honestly, this all seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen (if it hasn't already).

At the very least, please communicate better with your users.  The outlook seems very grim for M1 / Big Sur support, at least stop making false promises and statements and be direct with us about what is going on and whether or not there will in fact be M1 / Big Sur driver or support (however that would look like).
