A7000 / Xfinity model TECHNICOLOR CGM4140COM
Received a new modem from comcast (TECHNICOLOR CGM4140COM). My A7000 doesnt seem to want to connect. The NetGear Genie shows connected, however my Windows Network Connections shows as "identifying"...

Looks like Windows does not like your "new" network
Have you tried running the network troubleshooter in Windows?
Maybe you need to tell Windows that you are on a "private network".
- Network and Internet settings
- Network Status
- Change Connection Properties
- Network Profile
- Private
