A7000 AC1900 gets request timed out every 20 seconds

Question

I have updated all drivers, disabled runswusb, changed the power, changed usb ports, called my isp, nothing works, Im on windows 11, the adapter just constantly loses connection to the internet every 20 seconds for about 2-3 seconds and then is back to normal
