A7000 connecting to router but not internet

Also we got a new router for the house, it is the 6th generation for verizon routers.

    Can it connect to other WiFi network from different router or hotspot? 

    What is the operating system of the computer? 

    What is the model number of the Verizon router?

      I have the same issue, Xfinity modem. I can connect to other signals (ATT and even hotspots) but not the Xfinity one.

      Hi.

      It appears that this problem was never publicly solved, and I am currently having the same issue with the A7000 under Windows 10.
