A7000 connecting to router but not internet
Today, we got the new gigabit connection from Verizon. On my pc i use a wifi adapter, the A7000 to connect to the wifi, and when i went to connect it, it said it was connected to the router but not co...
I've had this problem before but usually it just fixes itself however this time it has persisted for over 10 hours my adapter connects to my router but no internet but it works completely fine on my hot spot I have put well over 2 hours of my time looking it up and troubleshooting and nothing. PLEASE HELP đ! I would very much appreciate it

Which problem is that? This is an 18-month old conversation that has covered various issues.
There is also a good chance that the official support team is busily monitoring new conversations and may miss your addition to this one.
If you do want help with your problem, check previous stuff that may be related then start your own discussion.
If you do decide to ask a question, you should provide more details and your own version of the information that the forum suggests that you provide.
You could also tell people a bit more about this bit:

What does "no internet" mean?
You connect something (what?) to something (what?) and you get some sort of error messages from something or other?
As you can see, there are lots of gaps in the information you have provided.
