A7000 Genie application does not start in WIN10
everything works fine except for this application; it does not start

Thanks to Google, I just found this:

It works. But grab it while you can.
I have no idea what you mean by "change of MgH".

You refer to the "genie application". This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?

I am using it for WIN10. It worked. I can connect, but I do not have access to the software of the WIFI adapter. I am clicking the icon and nothing. I also reinstall the software.

If you mean a map of connected devices, that has nothing to do with the USB device. The desktop genie for Windows and Macs does that. It used to be featured on the downloads page of just about every Netgear modem and router.
Sadly, it has vanished from the usual places.
We are now expected to use a mobile app to do everything.
