A7000 Genie application does not start in WIN10

everything works fine except for this application; it does not start

Thanks to Google, I just found this:

It works. But grab it while you can.

I have no idea what you mean by "change of MgH".

If you mean a map of connected devices, that has nothing to do with the USB device. The desktop genie for Windows and Macs does that. It used to be featured on the downloads page of just about every Netgear modem and router.

Sadly, it has vanished from the usual places.

We are now expected to use a mobile app to do everything.

I started here:

Then I picked one of the devices that I own and went to its support pages:

D6400 | Product | Support | NETGEAR

Voila!

But, the link does not work. Maybe it is temporary.
