A7000 "Link speed (Receive/Transmit): 54/1300 (Mbps)" on Windows 10

I was expecting a symmetric 1300/1300 Mbps link speeds with the A7000 since I also have an integrated WiFi Adapter Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 which can connect at 300/300 Mbps, however I always ...

    When i run CMD --> netsh wlan show interface, I get:

     

    Receive rate (Mbps): 54

    Transmit rate (Mbps): 1300

     

    Shouldnt my Receive rate be much higher?
