A7000 stops working with SVM mode

Quick Update:
I bought a MSI usb network adapter WiFi 7 from MicroCenter last night.
I got it working with SVM mode disabled.
I noticed that the wifi wouldn't work for a little bit after it boot up, and then after 10 mins, the docker virtualization not enabled error pops up and the rest of the start up programs start to run.
I uninstalled Docker, but I haven't reboot yet to see if that removes the 10 min loading.
