Someone please tell me how we are suppose to download the software in order to use the USB of we don't get internet on the computer to begin with?? Am I missing something???

Download it with a mobile device, another PC or with whatever you are using to join this community.
Copy the download on to a USB drive.
Insert the USB drive into a PC.
Install the device from there.
