Yes, I can initiate the download process, but progress bar just sits there and does not move or complete the download process.

Have you tried on a different device? If it isn't downloading it sounds like a device issue. I just tried to download them on my pc and it worked fine.

My thought exactly.
Failure to download often signals problems at the user end.
I too retrieved the file with no problems,
Is this what you went for?

You are correct. It is my laptop that appears to be preventing the load to completed. Not sure if it's my ant-virus protection or my device all together. I will keep trying.

I was able to install AC1200 USB Wifi Adapter on a different laptop. Something on my current laptop is causing it to not install. It sits on the setup status and progress bar does not move. I disabled all my ant-virus softward and that did not help.

That makes it hard to diagnose what is going on.
I assume that you have checked that you need the drivers. Windows may have some generic drivers that work.
Failing that, you may need to mess around in the Device Manager area in Windows. In particular, the USB controllers and the Network Adapters. Tell it to Show Hidden Devices and uninstall anything that looks like an old Netgear wifi adapter.
