Do you have one network name covering both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz?
I wonder if it will help to separate the xfinity wifi network into 2.4 and 5 rather than how comcast/xfinity set it up, which is to have one to cover both and allow it to automatically find the best. I have one PC near the router where 2.4 works well. The PC I purchased this adapter for is downstairs, so 5.0 would be better. ?
