It is not possible to do Wake on LAN as I have mentioned that Wake on LAN is for Wired adapters.

For my understanding Wake on LAN feature is applicable to Wired connection that is why it is grayed out in the properties of the wireless adapter.

Thank you for your answer.
However, I just tried this adapter on another desktop computer which is running Windows10 and found that the second option (Allow this device to wake the computer) was not greyed out after selecting the first option (Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power). The third option (Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer) still could not be chosen. For this situation, is it possible to do wake on lan? Many thanks!
