Connection constantly drops off

Hello everyone

 

I purchased a Netgear A6210 USB adapter 3 months ago and have been experiencing the problem of constant dropping off of wifi connection almost on a daily basis. It appears that as soon as I connect to the wifi network the connection immediately disconnects itself with the issue lasting ~ 10 minutes before resolving. I'm currently using Windows 10 and the latest version of Netgear genie (1.0.0.39). I have tried switching USB ports but that has not worked.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    Do you have a dualband router? Does the issue occur on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz network? 

     

    Please uninstall the driver and install the stand-alone driver version.

      This is same as the Full Install, it's NOT just the driver.

       

      Again Netgear has screwed up
