I would like to join this discussion as I have the same problem with a client of mine. FiOS GS3100 right next to a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 (although mine says it is an R7000, not A7000 in the router name). Two iPhones could connect to NETGEAR68 (wifi name), but would indicate "No Internet Access." I had to hard code an IP address on the iPhone for NETGEAR68 and reserve that IP address to it's MAC address in the AC1900, to get it to have Internet from this router.
Further, my client is in poor health and has almost 30 wireless devices to help him turn on lights, see cameras, operate fans and thermostats and open garage doors throughout his home. Several of the devices can see the NETGEAR68 wifi, with a strong signal indicated, but they cannot connect to it.
Keep me posted,
