Is that (top right here) Network and Internet Settings? Is there anything there in Show Available Networks?
Have you run the "Troubleshoot Problems" wizard?

It may be some time before the images land. To ensure that you aren't posting anything naughty, a Netgear moderator has to approve the pictures.
You can attach images to messages without any delay. (Look for the Browse button at the bottom of the text window.)

Does the Connect link get you anywhere? Here it brings up a set of available SSIDs.
By the way Alt+Print Screen is invaluable when trying to get screen shots.
