Dropped and broke it

I bought the router almost 30 days ago. I was having issues that I think was the fault of the Internet provider. I picked up the router and it slipped out of my hands and broke when it hit the floor. I don't how to find out if there is a warranty for clumsy hands. Anyone know about situations like this?
