hacked computer
i tryed to find net gear personal to help with this but could not find the right choice.
so a long time a go i bought a net gear thumb drive on the advice of a internet provider. and i think acess has been on the net work ever sence. my banking apt was hacked and the bank told me it came from my computer it had it checked and the currant internet provider changed ot roder and new acess and pass word , i forgot all inter net providers in my settings , the net gear dose not come up as a slection , but in the minue at the bottom of the computer it is there and now another 1 is there with 5g on it . idont know how to get rid of them can anyone help ?

I can't really understand your message. So it isn't easy to suggest what you can do.
But there isn't much that a hacker can do that involves a USB adapter. The adapter is just there to connect your PC to the wifi. The adapter does have any passwords or memory that you can clear out.
That is probably why you get this:

I don't really get what that means. Selection where? But the PC is what stores any passwords and connection details.
