Since the A8000 works on Channel 9 but not Channel 1, the issue is likely related to driver support or regional channel restrictions. Make sure you're using the latest driver and verify your region settings. If other 6 GHz adapters can connect on Channel 1, the router is probably not the problem.

Regarding the region settings, could you please advise how I can verify the current regulatory domain configuration on the AXE3000 (A8000)? Also, what would be the correct or recommended setting for 6 GHz Channel 1 (5955 MHz) support?
