How to use NETGEAR A6210 Genie

When I try to open or even reinstall this, I get an pop open box that says Ralink.dll is missing from my computer. Where do I go from here?

You refer to the genie. This could be one of several things, the browser interface, a Windows or Mac program for a PC, or a mobile Android/iThing app. Netgear labels them all as genies. Which are you using?
You don't need anything to connect your USB device to the wifi. Windows can do it for you.

and feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
