I can not reset the password on the WNDA3100v2 or know the user name, can someone explain how to

I have a wnda3100v2 that I need to reset the user name and password. can someone please explain how to do this?

    the WNDA3100v2 is a usb wireless device. it doesn't have a user name or password. Your wireless from your router does. You'd need that to connect to the router's wireless.

      I need to wipe clear rhw information that the wireless device has in it so I can direct to the new wifi from the internet provider.

        the usb adapter doesn't "retain" the info from the old network. Windows might. But it won't stop it from connecting to a new one. Just like your phone can connect to more than 1 wifi, so can your wireless adapter.
