What are you using the A6210 in? Which version of Windows?
Do you have the latest drivers for the adapter.
What happens if you try a different USB port?

Hello i have the whatever the latest windows 10 version is i don't see any updates all my drivers are up to date and i tried all my usb ports it does the same thing

That doesn't tell us much. There may be several "latest windows 10 versions". (I run a couple of different Windows 11 builds.) I doubt if that is crucial but these can mess around with existing devices.
Then there are the windows drivers for USB on your motherboard. They are usually crucial, but you never know.
As to you mean by "whatever the latest", we don't know how you determined that. Numbers matter.

Ok. Well the version says 22H2 and the os build says 19045.3448 i have already tried looking in documents nothing seems to help.
