Netgear A1900 causing Blue screen of death?
At random moments about once a week my WiFi adaptor will lose signal and cause a blue screen of death giving the error message
unexpected kernel mode trap
It is connected via the usb 3.0 port on the top of my pc as there is no room behind the computer. I have no way of connecting it via ethernet as the modem is too far away and I have no cd tray to install the drivers from the disc I had to use the ones online I downloaded via my phone and transferred by usb
I see multiple people have had this issue over the years but there was no actual solution posted on the comments just a staff member saying the messaged the person privately.

Have you checked for updates to your anonymous PC's USB drivers? You may have to go back to the chipset level for the motherboard.
I have no cd tray to install the drivers from the disc I had to use the ones online I downloaded via my phone and transferred by usbThat's as good a way of doing it as any. That way you get the latest version, although this device is now six years old and may not play nicely with newer versions of Windows.
