NETGEAR A6150 WiFi USB 2.0 Adapter suddenly stopped working after power outage?

Basically my wifi usb adapter wasn't working on my desktop when I came home after being gone for a week. It can connect to our 2G internet but not our 5G internet. I've tried trying different ports on my desktop and I literally connected it to my laptop and moved to the room that the router is in and it still didn't work. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and tried to update and it didn't work along with restarting the router. Also this technically started before I left for that week when there was a power outage in my neighborhood. I was having problems with the adapter then when the power came back on but was eventually able to connect after 10 mins. After I got home I was just unable to connect at all. Am I cooked?
