Thanks you guys for contributing to my posts! I have managed to solve Device can perform faster when connected to USB3.0. It is simple: change the A6210 's properties->advanced->USB Max from Auto to 3.0.

This smells like a Windows issue to me. Not much that Netgear can do about that.
If you have installed the "Netgear genie" for your adapter you could try removing it.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
