    Thanks you guys for contributing to my posts!  I have managed to solve Device can perform faster when connected to USB3.0.  It is simple: change the A6210 's properties->advanced->USB Max from Auto to 3.0.

michaelkenward didn't mean to say greatest. Shooties. Typing to fast and distracted with prepping breakfast for turd monkeys. 

The A6210 is pretty basic and used kind of a crappy mediatek chipset
