Thanks you guys for contributing to my posts! I have managed to solve Device can perform faster when connected to USB3.0. It is simple: change the A6210 's properties->advanced->USB Max from Auto to 3.0.

Thanks for your valuable advice. I wrongly typed the number of the internal WiFi card. It is AC8260. At the moment, I am satisfied with the 5.0Ghz speed of both AC8260 and A6210. What I am doing isL I try to fix Device can perform faster when connected to USB 3.0 of A6210. If I cannot find the fix, I think I should be contented with the status quo!

Glad you got it working. Is it any faster? (over wifi)

I have just tested the speed test at 5.0Ghz of both AC8260 and A6210 (the connection in my bedroom). The result: AC8260 is faster. Even though AC8260 is inside the Fujitsu (of course it has antenna ) compared to A6210 which is plugged to a USB port outside with the physical antenna. AC8260 is faster.
AC8260 download: 26.94 Mbps, upload: 15.99 Mbps
A6210 download: 23.30 Mbps, upload 7.01 Mbps
There is no need for me to use A6210 with my Fujitsu laptop. I will be using it with my other laptops of which the internal WiFi adapters can only run 2.40Ghz.
I have also found that even though I set the max USB at 3.0, Device can perform faster when connected to USB 3.0 sometimes still persists. I still cannot figure out what causes the message? Maybe the connector of A6210 does not fittingly insert to the USB3.0 port.

At those spees, the usb 2.0 to USB 3.0 difference isn't causing the bottleneck. so it really doesn't matter which protocol it uses. I'm not surprised the AC8260 is faster. intel had a better processor on the card, better antennal, and better coding for that series. Again, good thing is, you can probably upgrade it all the way to the AX210 if the laptop isn't whitelisted for newer cards
