Netgear A7000 Won't Coonect to 5G
It is rather frustrating that a nhigh end Netgear A700 connects to the Verizon 5g network (A3100 router) but that there is no internet. I have tried everything I can find on the internet and while there was a tread with a BETA driver all reports are that this doesn't work for 5G either.
Do I have to trash this thing and for the first time ever buy something other than Nethear equipment?

What's that? A3100 isn't a Netgear device I recognise. Google is no help there either.
The fact that your A7000 connects to the router suggests that it is doing what it was designed to do.

This usually boils down to the device that the adaptor is on. It can connect all it likes to the wifi, but if the device won't play ball you are stuffed.
Not knowing what the heck your A7000 is plugged into, it is impossible to suggest where you might look. It is usually a Windows PC of some sort, but who knows?
- jfenton1957AspirantThe A7000 is plugged into my desktop via USB. We have a new Verizon high speed router which provides the wireless. The Netgear device connects to the 2.4 ghz wireless and provides internet. It will connect to the 5 ghz but there is no internet. I have tried all of the available Verizon router channels to no avail. It worked fine with the older Verizon router.
