Netgear PTV2000

Can I use the Netgear PTV2000 with Windows10?  I'm trying to download the PTV2000 Push2TV_14.2.0.10 software, but keep getting an error message saying that a MSI file is missing.  Is that because it's Windows10 does not support it?  Any thoughts?

    It was produced for Windows 7 and is now 10 years old.
