Netgear USB WiFi adapter A7000 Device can perform faster if connected to USB3.0?

I posted my issue: Netgear WiFi Adapter A7000 when plugged into a USB 3.0 port of my laptop shows Device can perform faster if connected to USB 3.0? Aside from a reply of michaelkenward ( my thanks for it) that the issue might relate to USB Driver of my laptop, no one was interested in helping out.
The issue as I later found out is the incompatibility of the Netgear USB crade of A6210 that I was using with A7000. I bought the pre-owned A7000 without the cradle. I thought that it could be used with the cradle of A6210 that I had owned. When I plugged A7000 directly with a USB 3.0 port of my laptop or through a USB 3.0 hub, it displays the device is running USB 3.0.

Thanks for your message. What you described is an ideal scenario where Netgear A7000 is plugged into a USB3.0 port and works at optimal performance. What I have encountered is not what you described. I plugged A7000 to a USB3.0 port and the Bluetooth and other devices settings showed the A7000 driver with "Device can perform faster if connected to USB 3.0? That is why I posted my message seeking advice from someone who has experience the same occurence. I checked the driver. The Netgear AI told me it was the latest one: 1.0.0.15.
My quest for a fix is still ongoing.

Is that a Windows message? Netgear has no control over those.
You may need to seek out drivers for your PC's USB drives. They are not the same as the drives for the wifi adapter.
