Extenders are designed to cover dead areas or "extend" the range to areas not covered. They aren't faster. In fact they're 50% of the speed of the network. Reason why is they have to send/recieve between the router and then between the device and they can't do both at once.

What speeds are you getting? (both 2.4ghz and 5ghz)

What speeds do you get from your router on those.

In my room I use 5ghz). I got it yesterday. It only works in the bathroom for some reason. I checked and I have a 300 mps internet speed. I checked without this device and Its super low like 12 mps and with it it run at 30mps. What should I do?

What speed is your router in the location the mesh extender is in?

It needs a good signal to rebroadcast?

And are you testing on 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

        2.4ghz is significanlty slower.

You have to be specific and detailed since we aren't there to see what you're doing
