SetVistaDrv Stopped - WNA3100M Install

I was prompted that an update was available... so I proceeded and it downloaded Setup-V1.2.0.9.exe  ( I should have left it alone, it was working fine.) 

 

When I tried to install it, I got the message "SetVistDrv Application (Support_All_In_One) has stopped working".  

 

So now it does not find the USB Adaptor when I plug it in...

 

What's wrong?

    One more thing...

     

    I noticed that SetVistaDrv.exe is installed by Netgear...

     

    C:\Program Files\NETGEAR\WNA3100M\Driver\SetVistaDrv.exe

      What is the operating system of the computer? Does it have a built-in WiFi Adapter? 

       

      Kindly remove the WNA3100M software and install the standalone driver version.
