Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

That's a shame, and since I was on holiday it is past time to return it.
I hope Netgear will get their software working soon on the latest version of a popular operating system. Otherwise I guess the product gets given to the charity shop rather than being put into electrical waste for recycling.
