    No. You cannot use a USB device like that to make your TV wifi capable.

     

    The TV's USB is for storage, things like music and films.

     

    If you look at the documents for the USB adapters and the "System Requirements" you will see that its says that you need a Windows or Mac PC. That is not just for installation. That is to make it work.

     

    Some TV makers have their own specialist, and probably expensive, widgets to add wifi.

     

    If your TV has a wired LAN input, then a good option is to use Powerline Ethernet.

     

    I use that. It is easier to set up, faster, and more reliable than wifi.
