WINDA3100v2 Dual Band USB Adapter/ISP issues

Due to the area I live in I have to use my Verizon Jetpack with the WIFI USB adapter to have Internet. When I turn on the jetpack to connect I am getting the message "wireless internet connection doesn't have valid IP configuration". Suggestions??

    1. Do you have other devices that works with the Verizon Jetpack? If yes, how many?

    2. What is the OS of the computer where the adapter is connected?
