Windows cannot load the driver for this device

I've recently replaced my onboard wifi/bluetooth adapter (on a HP 14s-dq0xxx with Windows 11) with an BE6500 WiFi Adapter (A9000). I've installed the driver from the latest driver which has installed...

I've looked at the spec sheet and the manual and can't find that it supports bluetooth. I have one and plugged in and checked to and it doesn't seem to support bluetooth.  

and dongknows review spec sheet states no bluetooth. 

So zero bluetooth
