WNA3100 wireless adapter has dim blue light and gets a pop-up message in Windows

Hi! I have a WNA-3100 Wireless adapter that comes up with a dim blue light and Windows gives me a message that says:

“The last USB device that was plugged into your computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it.”

Is there a way to reset the adapter?
I tried it on 3 different computers, 1 with Windows XP, another with Windows 7, and the last one with Windows 10 and it got the same result. I also tried re-installing the drivers and it didn’t detect the adapter.

Did you get the latest drivers?

There is support for the device somewhere at the end of this link:

You may need to dive into Windows and remove all trace of the drivers. Go into Device Manager, get it to show hidden devices and delete anything that looks like drivers for that device.
