5GEXT not working on AC 1200 EX6150v2

My AC1200 WiFi Range Extender Model EX6150v2 was working fine for a long time, then suddenly, the 5GEXT dissappeared. The 2GEXT works fine, but I have a smart Blue Ray player that uses the extender which makes it lag as well as a teenage daughter who complains the 2G is slower.  Should I just reset it to the factory settings and start over again?
