AC 1900 Pass Through Mesh Extender EX6470

I purchased this wi-fi mesh extender. I have followed the instructions, plugged it in, connected it to Livebox router by WPS. Both Power + WPS lights are Green but I never get a Wi-Fi connection? Any ideas??
