AC 1900 WiFi Range Extender EX7000

Just had a power outage, rural country, now I can't get my range extender to keep internet connection on my desktop. I can't seem to find customer support for help.  I keep getting sent back to manually setting up the network.  I'm extremely frustrated. I'm not very computer literate I'm going to explode! Can someone please help

    With a wired PC and web browser you should be able to setup the EX. Use IE11 or Firefox browsers. 

     

    Reset the EX back to factory by holding the back reset button for 10 seconds then let go. 

     

    If you have a wireless PC or Laptop you can connect to the default wifi SSID that the EX broadcasts and setup that way as well. Review the user manual or quick installation guide.
