AC1200 connection problems. It connected using WPS the 1st day, now it won't.

I just bought the Rock Space AC 1200 Dual Band WiFi Repeater from Amazon which apparently is a Netgear product. First I tried connecting it using the WPS but it didn't connect. Then I went to 192.168.0.254 and connected it that way. Sadly it couldn't connect to the internet. Then, all of a sudden it switched to WPS and I was able to see the extender and connected. It worked great the first day.  The second day it could no longer connect: "Failed to obtain IP address" for either the 2 or 5G. I called Amazon tech support. She had me reset the extender and hit the WPS buttons on the router and extender. No luck. Then I unplugged the router, plugged it back in, reset the extender, and hit the WPS buttons again. No luck. Then I went to the 192 address but it couldn't be accessed at all. Not sure why. When all that didn't work, she sent me info link on using the ethernet to connect. That link was to Netgear. I followed the instructions and connected it to my computer, went to the website it said to but it said my exender wasn't connected to my wifi extender's network. I have no idea what that means or what to do now...

Any suggestions????

    Hello Jana26,

I recommend contacting Rock Space for assistance with your Rock Space extender.
