Ac1200 dual bandwidth wifi range extender
Hi, I was hoping you could give me some badly needed advice. I purchased a wifi extender from net gear, I follow the WPS instructions closely ,I get to the point I leave the room with router and I plug into wall. All green lights come up on extender I select the extender on my phone I enter in my original router password and it says it's wrong and won't connect. Please please help. Thanks.

Firmware on the extender?
Which extender is it? AC1200 is a speed, not a model.
What router are you connecting to?
Did it work when it was setup in the same room?
What is your interior wall house materials?
Size of house?
Did you change the SSID (wifi name) to something unique to the extender?
Have you logged into the extender to verify it was the correct password?
