AC1200 EX6110 connection to iPhone

I have recently changed from Sky to Vodafone as my ISP. My existing EX6110 appears to connect to the new Router but efforts to link my iPhone  have failed. The 2G_Ext requests the Vodafone Password but rejects the entry. The Device Light remains unlit.

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
