AC1200 EX6110 Won't accept Wifi password and I can't find the installation assistant.
I purchased this WIFI extender because it said it was simple to set up. I followed the instructions and got the 3 green lights on the extender. Then when I tried to connect any of my devices to the _2GEXT or _5GEXT networks, they would not accept my wireless key (My 100% confirmed wireless network password).
I've have read that I should try doing a reset and using the connection assistant to connect even though I have a router with WPS capability. I cannot find this connection assistant and I'm about to pack this piece of crap back into the box and get my money back. Contacting the Netgear support guys is so difficult it is a complete waste of time. Can someone help me before I lose my mind!?

WPS doesn't always get coded the same between manufacturers. Which is when you use the assistant.
Its pretty easy to do. Factory reset the extender (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on). Then follow the installation assistant. here's a video.
