Pls help. Haven't used in awhile. Need at new residence. I factory reset. Connected to home router as I can see it on the wifi network lists on devices but trying to connect asks for password. Tried ...

with some of those ISP supplied routers, WPS is sketchy at best. I'd try what StephenB​ recommends and reinstall it using the installation assistant. Tends to work better than the WPS method for these devices.
