ac1200 range extender ex6110 Having captive portal issues...
Ok, i live in a building with a router and 3 wifi access points. my wifi extender was working fine for awhile then i noticed that it started giving me the wrong gateway ip. used to be 192.168.0.1 and now it's 192.168.0.129 which resalted in a captive portal. and when i try to connect to the wifi with out the range extender i get the same thing a captive portal. so when i go to sign in it's pulling up my wifi range extender log in page even though the range extender is turned off. i did some research and all info points to a man in the middle attack. is this possible? and would my wifi range extender somehow create a captive portal?

Did you set it up using the push button WPS option?
If so, factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant.
To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
Here's a video of how to use the assistant.
